The Utah Valley Friday 5K is a loop course great for all ability levels. Bring the family out or competitively run as an individual to earn a place on the stand! Run our 5K on Friday and you can still run any of the races on Saturday (10K, 13.1, 26.2). In fact if you do run a race on both days you earn 3 medals in our Triple Medal Challenge!
